Cole Foster brought this UL with VL styling to Chopper Fest.. Lots of cool changes on this work in progress..
Unusual tail lamp (Indian?) and aluminum foot board pads.. Did ya notice the top triple clamp? It mounts the bars like a UL..
VL forks, VL style tanks and what looks like a 5 in a 4 transmission..
Notice the starter nub on the back of the primary? Yup, it has electric start..
