A little project on a pals knuckle cylinder head.. Valve seats worn too far.. Cracks in casting ect. So, here’s some of the work..
Rocker Box Mount needs repair..
New intake nipple, new valve seats and cracked rocker box tabs brazed up…Rust O Leum BBQ paint on the casting..
New valve seats are cut w/ 30*, 45* and 60* cutters..About 3/32″ wide and on the center of the valve face.. I love the Nuway cutters..Fast and Clean..
A little dab will ensure the valve seal is perfect..
New Valve seats after lapping…
Making sure the guide is immaculate…Clean parts don’t wear out in the 1st few miles..
