Previous Previous post: Intake Valve Job on JD is complete.. We had to use the lathe to cut the seats, then lap the valve for a perfect seal.
Next Next post: JD flywheels are assembled and truing has begun…Thank goodness for a straight, smooth concrete floor and brass hammers.. Ya, do the work on the floor and then check your work in the lathe or truing stand…Bob Ross always warned of an ass kicking if he ever found out you trued the wheels in the stand… And so it goes, from one old timer to the next…
