It’s always easier to straighten by loosening than by tightening…So…..
Spin the wheel and find the wobble with a felt tip marker.
Loosen the spokes in that area by 1/2 turn.
Then starting at the tube stem hole, tighten all spokes 1/4 turn.
Then tap all spokes with a very small mallet.
Repeat as needed.
Also, first you take out the radial run out.
Then take out the lateral run out.
Unless you have a bent rim, you should be able to get the run out
down to 1/16″ without ANY tight spokes..
